1.2 Playback techniques lane

  1. Version 1.1 allowed one to view the playing techniques without the keyboard showing (when closing the inner disclosure triangle). This is useful to observe a bunch of articulation changes across many instruments at once. This seems no longer possible. Is there a way to make this work as before. Am I missing something? I can only get the playback technique lane showing if the entire instrument playback view is showing.

No, I’m afraid this is not possible – I’ll need to check with Ant what we did here, but I believe there was an effort to fix up the informational hierarchy of these UI elements after we released Dorico 1.1.
