1.3.13 still issue: time marker does not work as expected after save or change song/project

in NOTE, the time marker is highlighted when it reaches the rhythm, but if I change the song, or when after the project is saved (and/or the song), it does not work.

If you update the first value, marking again, it will restore, but the next time you open the project , it does not respond.

(and beat is wrong value, it is not useful to see 234.57 beat. what does it mean? like just have bar.beat.tick or sec?)

will you check, and fix, please?

Issue 1 is fixed with the upcoming update.
The value is expressed in beats, so 4 beats make a bar at 4/4 signature. We will try to make it more readable.
