1.3.17 issues

1. Can´t draw with the new line tool, nothing happens nor in the piano view nor in the lane view.

2. While testing the line tool I´ve found a split tool in the context menu that doesn´t work and it´s not in the header menu
   

   

3. Pre roll: can´t find how to change preroll time. I think It should be in the transport bar next to the button.

4. While testing pre roll I found a weird behaviour: if cycle is activated when I hit play the cursor goes to a region inside the cycle and plays even if it was outside it.

… it should working with the upcoming 1.3.19. Please try again with that one. Sorry.

… yes, the MIDI Editor also needs a Split tool. That’s next. But first let get the Line tool working.
