When I have typed some lyrics and want to move them higher or lower, they sometimes dissapear during moving and I have to type them again.

The point is that I use it live every week for rehearsal with a choir and am afraid it will ruin my setup… 
Is the pre-release a separate installation?
Unfortunately it’s an “over writing” one. But uninstall for downgrade is possible. But I see your point. Another computer for test run?

… I can understand you. But the Pre-Releases are very stable and definitely better than the current version in the SDA. There will be soon a new version pushed to the SDA. Meanwhile, I would suggest that you install the latest version (1.4.13). If you are not happy with it, it shouldn’t be a problem to jump back to 1.4.0
