10.0.10 -> 10.0.20 Workspace visual glitch

I just updated to 10.0.20 and I’m getting this annoying visual where the window minimises then reopens quickly whenever I change workspaces. It was always a smooth transition in 10.0.10, think I will go back to that version for now.

Is it specific for some window? Or all windows do it?
