Hi

Friday, 25.10. Rehearsel-Recording with Cubase 10Pro 10.0.40:
4-hours 32 Tracks 16bit/48K (Motu AVB 2xB16 same Firmware) no issues (4weeks ago, other Concert, 32 Tracks Dante Virtual Soundcard no issues)

10.0.50 Update to “fix some bugs”…

Saturday, 26.10. Concert, 2 Orchestra
Crash after 45 Minuten, no Logfile in Crashdump-Folder, All other apps still running, Motu AVB Control im Browser No Windows update-restart or other problems.

I was lucky, redundant System with Tracktion6 running without any problems!!!

here the log-data in Windows:

0
BEX64
Nicht verfügbar (not available)

Cubase10.exe

\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportQueue\AppCrash\_Cubase10.exe\_…etc.

Content of the report:

FriendlyEventName=Hardwarefehler
ConsentKey=LiveKernelEvent
AppName=Windows
usw…

Motu-Asio driver up to date. Win10Pro1903

My Advice: Be careful!!!

Does anyone have the same problems with longtime recordings?

BEX64 may be the problem, perhaps Cubase didin’t recognize the correct version of this file in th C++ Package during Installation!!! ucrtbase.dll is also a c+±file

This seems to be graphics card issue. Make sure your driver is up to date, please. On other thread they recommended to uninstall Radeon driver and use the native Microsoft driver.

I’m getting the same this, Updated everything to the lastest, check optimization and still encounter the audio dropout and application error.

Something is pranking the processors.

Application error :-

It’s pretty consistent throughout the application event log in windows and for me it about 20min before i start experience audio dropouts then the crash.

Please advise

Hi,

Have you followed the recommended Radeon driver uninstalling and using the native Microsoft driver, please?
