10.5 pro freezes up!

A soon as I click on VST instruments in the right hand pane it locks up and I have to end task.
I have removed all 3rd party plugins and ezdrummer as well as superior drummer but it still happens.

I had 10 LE running perfectly with all those plugins but now nothing.

I can add an Instrument track and select an instrument by right clicking and add Instrument track but as soon as I click on VST instruments in the right hand pane it dies.

Tried pro 10 and pro 10.5.

Anyone else had this?

Use Microsoft ProcDump utility to generate a dmp file, please. Then share it via Dropbox or similar service.

Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode, please?

Tried safe mode and disabling preferences = crashed again
Then safe mode and disable third party plugins and it worked!
How can I find which plugin Is the problem?

I think I fixed it.
Using plug in manager I added the path to EZDrummer plugin. It now works fine.
