10.5 Stereo Out Not Allowing Inserts

Running into an odd situation in which master buss stereo out inserts are deactivated. Can’t seem to open them, delete them, nothing. I’ve tried saving project as something different, tried exporting tracks to new project, all with negative results.

Any ideas would be helpful. 2012 Mac Mini i7, High Sierra

Check out if Constrain Delay Compensation is somehow activated.
