anyone know if Steinberg are offering an upgrade to 15 from version 14 pro?

Yes, it is. We call this update.

Updates are, if you stay at the same edition and change the version (Artist 14 to Artist 15; Pro 14 to Pro 15). Upgrades are, if you change the edition (Artist 14 to Pro 15; Artist 15 to Pro 15).

Yes, they are.

Find Cubase Pro 15, click “Buy Now” and choose “Update from Cubase Pro 14”.
