These dll files are probably in your VST2 folder. VST Live assumes that files in these folders are plugins, and when trying to open it asking “are you a VST2 plugin?” the dll says “know nothing about that, I’m something elese”, so it is banned.
Make sure to set your VST2 folder to a reasonable path in “Edit/Preferences/Plug-Ins”. Whatever "WebView2Loader " is, if you installed it recently, you may want to deinstall and check its options for target folder or the like.
