Have stucked notes every time since 2.1.29!
… and what was your previous version? 2.1.28?
… and when exactly does it happen? You are starting the Transport? That’s it? Or, are you editing while Transport is running?

previous version was 2.1.28
i only play my sounds, no transport or other stuff is on…
the panic button helps sometimes to unstuck the notes…i have to change a preset in my vst to help me out
Is it better with 2.1.30 again? We changed something in that area.
Have tried it with the new Version…
Have noticed Stuck notes too
… is it random? Where are the hanging notes? While sending to an Layer-Instrument? MIDI-Track Instrument? External MIDI device?

Ist a single layer!
It Happens only on Song two in the setlist very often … 
have tried it with different vsts on Song two
have to correct me…it happens random very often
also noticed missed notes while playing
Have played three rehearsals now…
the stucked notes drive me crazy!
Excuse me if asking… probably u’ve checked already, but what if your connection/interface/etc is faulty somewhere? Dont’t know…
AFAIK @CliveJ is playing a lot with keyboards… Clive, are u using LAYERS too, experienced such stucking notes maybe?
Yes I have stuck and missing notes very occasionally, never been able to put a reason to it and assumed that it was the wireless MIDI.
@Reinhard_Farnberger I had an issue where Kontakt would do strange things in a Layer, almost as if it was receiving MIDI that I’m sure I wasn’t sending it (believe me - I looked). I must’ve reset the VST 10 times or more. Eventually I deleted and reconstructed the Layer and the problem went away. Maybe that would work for you.

Have tried this several times too! Problem is still there, and Happens random in single Layer, Layer Mode!

Maybe it’s the song. Have you tried to recreate it, but not in another part of the set list location - or did you mean you’re actually doing Song 2 by Blur?
Interesting that you implied that VL panic only sometimes releases the notes, perhaps it’s your controller at fault. If it uses a driver I’d make sure that it is up to date.
My controllers and drivers are all up to Date!
I thougt it was only on Song 2 ( Not Blur🙃)

What controller are you using?
… I guess we are talking about MIDI Note which are part of a MIDI Track? And the Track is connected to an virtual instrument? And here and there are hanging notes? Or, are we talking about Live-Playing?
… and to get the problem better analysed I would need access to your project? Is that possible? You could create an archive, zip it and send it to me.
