2.2.16 - dropouts, silents, but no crash

With vst live 2.2.16 the cpu is quickly overwhelmed. (dropouts, silents, jumps with part change)
If I load the same project in 1.4.7, I have no dropouts and everything seems fine.

Not here. Anything particular we should look out for? It’s pretty vague…

Thank you for your answer. Yes, I know it’s vague, but I don’t have any more information and I don’t know where I could get it. I just wanted to give some feedback on my situation.
What do you mean by not here?
BR

You sure do, plugins for instance. As said elsewhere, those are practically the only processes that use CPU, VST Live itself “eats” almost none.

Sorry, meant to say “here, cpu is not overwhelmed”.

Ok, I will try to delete or replace some plugins to see which plugin(s) are causing this problem.
The plugin roland srx dance is very hungry, I already noticed that (last version installed). BR
I will get back to you when I know more.
PS: Is there a way to see which plugin needs how much cpu power?

Not yet, sorry.

Hello, last Saturday (April 5th) we ventured to use VL Lieve (2/2/16) in conjunction with a Behringer x32. The gig itself went smoothly, except for a strange incident during the soundcheck. We hooked everything up, played two songs, and everything worked perfectly. Then we spent about five minutes tinkering with the PA sound, then started another song, which also started playing, but without audio. Closing and reopening VL didn’t help. Only after restarting the computer (Macbook Pro M1) did everything work again. I’m attaching a log file; maybe you can glean something from it. Best regards, Koeshy
