Seems “+” is adding only:
- Module/GlobalModule: one custom-row and stops working afterwards
- Channel: seems to be problematic there too
On MAC can’t empty “Shortcut” field with mouse rightclick (on WIN it works like charm)

Which type of “Channel” do you mean, and where - in the mixer?

That’s because if you add it the 2nd time, it finds that it’s already there. That’s a dilemma, it tries to do something useful (e.g. “Volume”), but if you don’t change it, it will not add the same thing again.
Hmmm but I willed to create row for different values/commands, I swear!
Dropping an empty row by default?
There is no “empty action”. But will check what can be done.
I found a workaround. After adding quick 1 - change the ‘Action’ value to Quick 2 (or any other number) and it will add a Quick 1 when you want a new row. Then repeat until you have the required Quick Actions.
yes, I realised as soon as @musicullum told me what the problem is 
the “proper” way to add lines is first modify default"ly" added row each time I never realised before somehow these aren’t empty (unfilled) placeholders despite of all parameters are freely adjustable, will be filled with “default” values while created.
meanwhile discovered, in most ActionTAB’s, added “+” new line is created with “selected” where it reduces the case when I can’t add new line due e.g. Quick 1, Module 1 is already set with parameters at any existing row (despite I’m willing to utilise Quick 2 for Mod1 for next step). TABs where new line is created as “selected”, reducing the no. of unwanted cases.
