Can I use 2 interfaces in my DAW AND the MIDI in/out on both units?
You can only use 1 interface in your DAW.
I use tow UR816 units, one in HA mode. I’m asking they enable the MIDI ports on the one in HA mode. Seems rather simple, just enable it as a MIDI device, thats it
THere are more simple upgrades , but they don’t do it…so don’t count on it.
