Hi, I bought a used UR22mkII and I was able to register this piece of hardware with steinberg. My question is that is it possible to get a new download code so that I can use Cubasis LE? I’ve tried to search for an answer but wasn’t successful. Any help is appreciated.

Are you talking about Cubase AI (for Windows/Mac) or Cubasis LE (for iOS)? You mixed both up.
Cubase can be transferred to the new user as described above. Cubasis is bind to the Apple ID and it cannot be transferred.
