3.0.10 - malformed hub on loading Dorico (Windows)

The big blue rectangle in the middle is me redacting my work, but that’s the only thing I’ve edited. It’s not unusual for the News and Video Tutorials boxes to be empty (on this Windows 10 machine, at least), but what’s happened to the templates in the left panel?

(They reappeared on restarting Dorico. Just wanted to flag that this is something that can happen)

Occasionally the licensing check goes wonky and Dorico starts up in LE mode.

Yes, that looks to me like Dorico has started up with only two players allowed.
