The option to save created patterns as templates that can be recalled in any project .
Cubase allows us to use the pattern editor with any midi instrument and allows us to set the pitch, octave, color, and name for each lane. It would be nice to be able to save all that as templates for each midi instrument.
I know this third one is kinda a long shot but since not all drum and percussion midi instruments come with multiple outputs features, it would be nice to assign individual outputs for each lane when one uses the pattern editor for such instruments.
This is like creating a forced multi-out feature for instruments that don’t natively support multi-outputs. Not only that, but also save them as templates that can be recalled anytime and in any project.
I feel that with these features, we won’t have to reinvent the wheel whenever we use the pattern editor.
