3 dots in iPadOS 16 interfere with transport buttons

Im surprised to see nobody has posted about this yet, so perhaps I’m missing something. The three dots for multitasking at the top of the app interfere completely with the Play and Loop buttons on the transport bar in Cubasis. Incredibly frustrating to have to sit there and repeatedly tap in the same place like a half-wit until it finally registers correctly. Other than using a keyboard, is there a workaround for this?

The issue will be addressed in the upcoming Cubasis update.
However it might take time until the update will be ready to be released.

Yea this is a showstopper. Pretty much unusable with touch at the moment. That’s really unfortunate. Hopefully the update comes very soon. I cannot use this software currently because of it.
