I’m starting a new thread as there are quite a few threads that I could bump, on this subject. I’m not entirely sure why it’s taken me quite so long to come up with this idea. If someone came up with it years ago, I sincerely apologise! Anyway, if you don’t want to sit through five minutes of my rambling, the idea is this: Input a 4/4 time signature where (rather than a bar later than) you want to display a 2/2. Set the 4/4 time signature to show as “Common/Cut Common”. Edit the Music Symbol …
