I have a laptop that is currently running 5.5.2 but will be upgrading to 5.5.3 when it is available.
I also have a desktop workstation that is rather cumbersome to use when all I am doing is making minor edits to MIDI performances.
My question is…
if I buy Cubase Artist 6, put it on the desktop (vista), and have 5.5.3 on the laptop (XP) will I be able to operate ubiquitously?
I know there are various feature omissions between the products such as batch export but if I can do that on the laptop it may take longer but that is a small issue.
