5-line to 1-line staff in Piano Part

Hello,

I’m looking for solution for my problem. I want to convert 5-line staff in upper staff of piano to 1-line staff . it can be done in finale or sibelius easily.
this is what i want:

The piano grand staff is constructed from two single players holding the Treble staff instrument, and the first player also holds a Percussion instrument.
