Hi all
I can’t figure out how to enter such a drum notation in Dorico.
I’m not a drummer but I know what it means and how it should sound like. I’ve tried tuplets but I can’t get it between the grace note and the regular one. I’m not even sure if a tuplet is the right thing. It’s more like an enhanced tremolo.
Can someone enlighten me?

5-stroke rolls of some sort, I guess.

yes, it’s about the five stroke roll.
I used text for the 5. position the first in Engrave mode, then copy/paste to the others. Don’t know if playback is important, though.

Thanks Jesper. I guess that’s the way to go then. It won’t playback correctly but that’s not an issue.
