50% Rebate doesn't appear in PlayStore

Hi,

I’m really happy to have finally purchased Cubase Pro 14.

The only little thing I would say, is that Steinberg website says the 50 % Cubasis rebate should be automatically added in Play Store, but it’s not the case for me. It’s only 25$, but still, I would like to enjoy rebate as advertised.

About the app itself, I would have two questions :

  • Considering I have a tablet and Ipad, would it be possible to download one app for each ?
  • Is there any known compatibility problem using Cubasis on Ipad and Cubase on a Pc ?

Thanks for your message.

Cubasis for Android is currently offered at 50% off. The reduced prices are displayed directly in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and are based on the respective national currencies.

Since the sales promotion has ended, the prices will return to ASAP.

Cubasis for iOS is distributed through the Apple App Store, Cubasis for Android/Chrome OS is distributed through the Google Play Store. The two stores don’t interrelate and don’t offer any crossgrade options, which means that to own any app on both iOS and Android/Chrome OS, it must be purchased on both stores, unfortunately.

So, considering that during the offer period, the app is 25$, that’s mean the regular price is usually 50$ ?

I tought that 25$ was the regular price on PlayStore ?

I finally get my answer since the price get up to 50$ :frowning:

Considering I purchased Cubase before april 28th within a promotion including a 50% promo on Cubasis, would it be possible to get a promo code please ?

I understand the official promotion is overdu, but I was not able to get an answer anywhere despite the fact I began my research 2 weeks ago.

Cubasis goes on sale from time to time. I suggest to subscribe to the Steinberg news letter to make sure you will not miss the next one.

the price was indeed displayed in both apps, but nothing indicated that it was a reduced price… At least, not in Play Store.

That’s why I asked my second question, posted as well when the sales promo was still active.

Of cours I could wait 'till the next promotion, but considering those arguments above, I would appreciate a promo code.

I’m already registered for news letter.

The information about the sales promotion is always added in the Google Play app description. Furthermore sales promos are announced on our website, in the forum etc.
