Since upgrading to 7.03 any exports that I do are stretched out in time and pitch to about twice the length and 1/2 the pitch of the source! Here’s a screen shot of the results of exporting a short MIDI track.
Looks like you have a sample rate mismatch between your export and your project.

That was the problem.
