i’m having trouble on panning while using razer 7.1 kraken competetive edition headset. panning doesn’t work because it is filling the audio in both ears. when i use other headset like marshal major 4, i’m able to pan and transfer audio form one ear to another without any issues. can anyone help me how can i disable built in 7.1 from my hedphones while using cubase.

I don’t have these headphones but they come with a dedicated software for surround 7.1. Here, you need to pick the “Standard” preset according to the company’s website.
yes but it doesn’t work since my headphones are connected to the steinberg whil using cubase, they aren’t detected by pc

I was under the impression that these cans are connected via USB. Do they have a stereo jack? What kind of jack, exactly, please?
