I didn’t move up to 8.0.30 due to the stuttering issue [BON-13898]:

That issue is not listed in the list of fixed issues for 8.0.35, though I find that surprising as it appears to be a central issue for many. I presume Steinberg just wanted to get out the El Capitan compatibility ASAP… and thus the .35 update?

The stuttering is unfortunately still present in 8.0.35

I downgraded back to 8.020
