Cubase 8 crashes on startup after installing 8.0.20 update on pc. all was fine before the update install. can anyone help, thanks
Have you tried Safe Start Mode?

Same here, a lot of crashes, plugin locations lost, have to rescan them again on startup and crash before finishing.
The whole Cubase has become really unstable since the patch and the CPU spikes are back.
I just uninstalled the whole thing and reinstalled it again, same crashes.
