Maybe you been lucky fixing this glitch bug lately? I have high hopes I will be able to use new update soon:)
Still working on 8.5 and have that window problem which was fixed in 8.5.10. But cannot use it.

There is no glitch that I know in 8.5.10 (there was, in 8.5.0)
Where do you experiment this?
Do you use a mouse or another pointing device?
I posted about this problem in the beginning of this thread. It happens from using external plugin.

so must be 8.5.10 which did some damage to external processing.

The External Gear plugin has not changed a bit between 8.0.4 and 8.5.10
In 8.5.20, there will be certain speed optimizations. Hopefully that solves your mysterious case.
