8.5 Grace period update not working?

I followed the instructions for the grace period update, which worked up until the part where it says:

“the Steinberg Grace Period site will be opened.”

this did not happen after my license was replaced, so what is the procedure for finding “the Steinberg Grace Period site” in order to activate a download link?
