8.5 upgrade - where are my instruments?

Just upgrade Cubase pro from 8.0 to 8.5 - opened a new project and immediately see that SampleTenk 2 ismissing. Apparently all my 3rd party Instruments (they are on a different hard drive) are missing. What’s the quickest way to copy them back? There must be an ini file I can copy?

Just went back to Cubase 8.0 to find that also lots of my VST 2 instruments are missing: SampleTank, Miroslav Philharmonik, SampleTron, SampleMoog, Linplug RM5, Sohpsitryu, Triangle and Sonik Synth 2 are all missing. Looks like all my legacy VSTis have just simply been removed. How do I add them again? I have them in a Folder D:\Studio_INSTALLED

strangely Pianoteq (which is also in that folder) is still visible in Cubase.

Did you install 32 bit or 64 bit? Which were you running before?

Are you saying that in Cubase 8 you are now missing plugins that you were not before?

Hi therr

Have you checked the VST paths in the Plugin manager, they sometimes don’t get copied to the new installation.

Best Regards

Dave

I find that Cubase can not store new paths manager plugins.
To me this happens.
