80% of all my plugins won't work

Hi,
in 80% of all times i try to load a plugin the plugin is loaded as a dead gray unusable, not removable thing. see screenshot

I have this problem for more than a year already but Steinberg only response to my outcry was “uninstall Nuendo and remove all associated folders everywhere, then reinstall Nuendo.”

I did, and i even re-downloaded all plugins and reinstalled them, but the problem remains.

3 weeks ago i told this to support but they do not answer me anymore.

Does anybody have any clue what to try next?

Disable constrain delay compensation!

A forum search would do the trick as well, I fell like I answered these questions once a week in the last year.
