8va in score, but not in parts

Hi there,

for a tighter layout, I would like to have 8va lines appear in the score, but have the parts written without 8va, because most professional players prefer to read parts without 8va. I haven’t found an option for this in Dorico, yet. Or am I missing something?

I’ve done this by having a completely duplicate player. Someone might answer that knows a better way.
What you want is certainly a useful thing to do.

No, there’s no option for this at the moment, but it’s on our backlog for the future.
