EQ (channel strip) not saved/loaded with Track Preset

Has anyone noticed with Cubase 9.03 that the built in Channel Strip EQ settings are not saved or loaded back when saving a Track Preset (reliably). Once in awhile it will reload the EQ settings when loading a Track Preset but rarely. I don’t remember previous versions of Cubase doing this.

Any help would be appreciated.

I tried this 10-times right now with Cubase 9.0.30 on Mac OS X 10.12, and it works on 100% here.
