My guess is that they do monitor these posts. Every now and again, they do reply but I’m sure there’s a lot of repeat posts and too many to respond to. There are also many conflicting requests and complaints so it behooves them to stay in the background and work from there. I personally think they’re doing a great job with this program. It’s just that what is great for some is a disappointment for others because we all have different needs and personalizations.
We the users are their beta testers and they provide the updates accordingly.
