Changing an instrument from a percussion instrument to a pitched instrument at the end of a system does not show the cautionary key-signature on a five-line staff.
It is a minor thing, but it is interesting that no one has an opinion on it.
Dorico shows the cautionary key-signature on a five-line staff when it appears in the middle of a system.
