Thanks for these, @The_Elf : I’m sure that these will be useful for at least one person : me :sunglasses: (for, at least, the Yamaha TX-802 one) . :+1:

Thanks for these. I don’t have any of these units, but I wish there was a better repository of stuff like this.

Me too. There did used to be way back in time.

I have a horrible feeling that Steinberg are marginalising the MIDI Devices function - they hid it away in a menu sub-folder. It’s similar to how a TV company get rid of a program that costs too much to make - they move it for a while to an obscure channel at an inappropriate time-slot, then tell us that it’s not popular enough to continue.

Currently ‘MIDI Devices’ is effectively on BBC 8’s red button at 6:30am.

It would be a dark day should it disappear, at least without being replaced by something as good or better (and compatible with all the script work I’ve done over the decades).

I’ve a more complete version of the Roland Integra-7 script here (based on that one). And here are ones I made for the Kawai MP11SE and Technics WSA1.

These text files aren’t text?

All but the WSA1 ones are in the standard text format and are imported in the usual way, the WSA1 are saved as a setup instead (I did it a long time ago and have lost the original text files)

Does anyone have patch scripts for the Korg Kronos2 or the Roland RD-2000? :folded_hands:

Oh I see, my mistake; I accidentally packaged up the aliases not the files, here we go:

Yep, those are better!

Is it just me, or has the Osmose 2.1 firmware update broken the Patch Script?

I was also puzzled why it only seemed to work on MIDI Channel 2 previously, not that it was a problem!

Thanks

It’s highly likely that I will need to amend the script for the Osmose. I will get to it when I can.

I never had the MIDI channel 2 problem you mention.

Thanks, I might be able to find the time to modify then script myself, but couldn’t find any MIDI implementation spec to obtain the program change numbers.

RE Ch 2, I personally found on C14 Pro Ch 1 seems reserved for CCs and Any Ch is used for playing/recording

Here is an updated V2 script.

I’m not seeing any MIDI Channel problem. I send my patch change messages on MIDI Channel 1 with no trouble.
