A level scale on the left is missing for very low values, so I have no visual reference and have to guess.
Why don’t you zoom vertically a lot?
Because WaveLab is the tool used to examine the situation — to understand what happened and to correct any issues. This occurred when I used RX 10 with its markers and applied fade‑ins and fade‑outs. But unfortunately…
I mean all of this in a positive way, and I hope to improve the product as much as possible. Thank you very much for your response. As I understand it, you are the mastermind behind WaveLab.
It is part of this situation:
One could argue that this might disappear and no one would ever notice it, but I want to work cleanly.
One possible solution would be to use the ‘Global Analysis’ tool on a very small section.
However, having visible scale values would be quite helpful. I assume that three values would be sufficient, as anything in the 1xx‑dB range becomes visible once I zoom out. Initially, I thought there might not be enough space, but it appears the scale could in fact display up to ±999 dB.
