It has happened to me several times that I save and then this window appears, how do I fix this problem?

Seems that recently, there is a recognition issue with some ‘special’ characters for some of us. Try to use the File > Save as function with rather basic ones (no , { }, " ", etc. for european fonts), if a whole project is involved. Same thing for saving presets, actually.

It is a reported issue and it will be adressed with the upcoming maintenance update according to Steinberg.
