Just as there is a setting for a reverb tail when exporting to audio, I would also welcome a setting for a specific amount of silence at the beginning of the file as well. Thank you.

If you set the Pre-roll before flow value on the Timing page of Playback Options to a non-zero value, that will be used both in playback and in audio export.
