I have a client who has been using his Cubase fine about 2 weeks ago. Then when they tried to continue their project, was met with the “A serious problem has occurred” error. They’ve also tried to start a new session to no avail. Attached is their dump file, can someone please take a look and advise on how to proceed? Extra info that they have provided are as follows:
Win 7 Professional 64-bit OS
