A serious problem occurred!

Since I switched to Cubase 12 I keep getting the same error message.
sometimes right after boot but also after an hour or so.
I have already contacted the technical service of Steinberg but they cannot help me despite the fact that I have sent the dump files and a configuration file from my PC.
Does anyone also have these problems.

These all seem to point to an issue with Cubase Elements 12.
@steve Are you able to forward these to Steinberg?

@Dirk_Teugels please launch Cubase in Safe Mode and Disable preferences.

Does Cubase still crash?

This appears to work.
But do I always have to start the program in save mode in the future?

Please familiarize yourself with this topic:

it seems to work this way

You mean you deleted preferences after testing with them disabled?

yes, cancel third party as well remove

I actually thought this was related to the “Ellements” version but now I have the “Pro” version and the problem remains the same.
I think it has to do with RAM memory in my PC, I only have 8 mb
