Hi all
I learned today that the purple icon in Dorico playback is a loaded gun.
I selected a measure of a part to transpose and did so. It was only later that, seemingly because the purple icon was activated, Dorico decided to transpose everything back to where the purple line was, which was at the very beginning. The mistake indicator rose dramatically! So I guess one has to beware of this. I think I will make sure that icon is not activated henceforth. I am not sure how the purple icon works, any suggestions would be appreciated.
