Suggestion:
Add “Global Transpose” toggle button to Track Control Settings for Midi, Instrument, Audio and, perhaps, Folders.
Similar to the Musical Mode Button, the Global Transpose Button would toggle Global Transpose between Independent and Follow for the whole track.
Any parts or events on a track individually set to either I. or F. would, as normal, remain unchanged. If the user selects All Events on a track and toggles this button, then all parts and events on the selected track would change from I. to F. or vice versa.
