A way to move leftover music to new flow?

I’d like to move some of my music in one flow to a new flow (not created yet). Besides just creating the flow and then copying and pasting, is there a way to just easily designate music and create a flow with that music?

Found it myself:

  1. In Write mode, select a note or item at the position where you want to split the flow.
  2. Choose Write > Split Flow.

Sure! I just find that I always compose more music than I use and would like to have a way to preserve it to come back to, but not have it be a part of the actual piece.

This way, I can remember, “Hey I had some good leftover ideas while I was doing the xx piece and I’ll go back to that piece to find those ideas.”

(Just be aware there is no way (yet?) to merge flows. For that you will need old fashioned copy/paste)
