Hi, I’m trying to open an AAF file with MXF audio in 6.5.3 but Nuendo either freezes or gives an error about the MXF plugin.
This is from a trusted client who I work with every week so pretty sure there’s nothing wrong with the AAF itself, I therefore opened N6 just to check and voila, everything worked normally.
Been switching back and forth a couple of times now and get the same result each time.
This is the first time I see this.
Small update,I now get the error when opening the project, see attached screen shots.
Looks like something to do with the e-license.
Ok, I can reproduce the error on another system with 6.5.3 but it only happens on this particular AAF file so I guess it has something to do with that. On the other hand it opens flawlessly in N6…
If I send the AAf to Steinbergs “AAF lab” will they need all the MXFs as well? It’s around 13 GB all in all…
