I made a percussion map and kit for NI Studio Drummer which works just great with playback via midi keyboard. However, I can’t seem to do the same with Abbey Rd Vintage which has the samples for a brush kit which I need for a commission. I’ve followed the same steps but Dorico displays different notes (not all) and plays back incorrectly: for instance, on bar 3 the first note was C2 (kick), followed by D2 & E2 alternating which should have been the brush tap samples; plays back kick on all the notes. I adjusted the octave as with the SD map. I added an SD part just to check that was still working, and all good. I’ve also tried making one for Brushify Pro which is a nice plugin, but same problems.
