Recently I started using 3 x 32" 4k monitors aligned (and a smaller 4th one on the top).
This allows spreading any traks on the 3 monitors. Very nice to record following markers without Cubase following the cursor and scrolling content.
But the Cubase Menu and info line stay far on the left screen. With a floating menu+info line we could make life easier placing it independently of project window.

You are on Windows, right? Mac has the menu on all screens.
On Windows, the full Cubase menu is part of the Project window, not a separate global bar. Steinberg’s Cubase 15 manual explicitly states: “On Windows, the full menu is available in the Project window.”
So you have to move the Project window, to the wanted screen.
Not sure you have understood what I try to say. May be I badly described the situation : I extend the project window to be as large as the 3 monitors, so the left part is on the left of left monitor and the right on the right of the right monitor. Project window is not on a specific monitor in this case.
Concerning Mac, I don’t know but here I am on W11 pro.
Could be a language thing.
Maybe editing the title to something like this would add clarity?

I think we’re talking about the good old floating/dockable toolbar that most programs (such as MS Office pre-ribbon) used to have, but that Cubase has never had.
I’d like to see the introduction of floating/dockable toolbars.
My main monitor is 5120x1440, so it would be useful to me. In fact, Cubase pre-13 is a pain to use with the menu over there in the distance on the left, when I’m working in a window down here on the right. The menu in each window from 13 on was/is a God send.

I used to have 2 32" 2560x1440 monitors, but I got fed up with the “join” in the middle, and the awkwardness of stretching a window across both monitors. I have an AMD gpu which can make 2 monitors act as though there was just one (AMD Affinity) - but there was still that horrible “join” in the middle.
Hence the super duper extra ultimate wider than wide screen.
And games are stupendous! (Oh, the horror! 
)
On topic, I still miss the toolbars in Office, when you could create your own, and even add menu commands.
Are you sure about that?
Looks to me like the Transport (F2) toolbar, but I’m probably wrong.
My point still stands: Give us customizable, floating and dockable toolbars.
I think that’s an understandable request with that kind of monitor arrangement. A floating panel like there is for Control Room or the Transport Panel would definetly improve accessibility to these menus on a Windows rig.
