Absolute 6 purchase gives errors, eLicenser and I do have Halion7

Hello!
I bought Absolute 6 thinking that we live in the future and that eLicenser dongle won’t exist soon. I have Halion 7 and many up to date Steinberg products that have no licencing issues, but from day one of purchase, Absolute 6 has initated an eLicenser dialogue and gives me errors even though it installed and I also can’t use any of it
Now I get this email:

It says:
"Check your pending license
In 7 day(s) your Absolute 6 will stop working.

Why you are receiving this notification: There are two steps left to complete the update process. According to our information, you have not yet completed the second step of the verification process to verify if you are eligible for the upgrade.
Now follow the following steps to complete the necessary verification process:
START PROCESS VERIFICATION"

I do have an eLicenser but all licenses are in the new system, and I don’t have Halion 6 because I already have Halion 7. I would think I’m eligible for the upgrade process since I have Halion 7 paid for and running.

How does one activate Absolution 6 in december 2024? Without eLicenser? Why would you sell me something I can’t activate?

Is this the product you purchased?

Did you receive a download access code?

Did you enter the download access code in the Steinberg Download Assistant?

Have you launched the SDA and let it “auto update”?

Are you sure you didn’t purchase the version from HALion 6?

1-Sure did.
2-Yes and I was able to install it too.
3-Same as before.
4-I’m checking and I seem to have clicked Halion 6 Crossgrade which looks to be the same price. So this may be the reason I have problems, my mistake.

What can I do to fix this? Thank you

I’m pretty sure that is the problem.

If you purchased directly from the Steinberg shop you will most likely need to go through FastSpring support to get a refund and exchange for the proper code …
