Is there an easy way to not show the tempo term on the flute 1 part but have it on the top of the score and show on all the other instrument groups?
Not sure if you want to want changes on the Flute part, or in the score above the flute system, but I guess this can help

Yes I read about that but I still didn’t see a way to not display the tempo marking on the flute 1 part. Keeping it on the top tuba solo.
Perhaps it’s not possible since not many solutions offered? Yes, no?
What version of Dorico are you on? The steps provided by @TonH work for Dorico 6, but this had to be achieved differently in Dorico 5.
Thank you all for being patient. I thought I did that but it didn’t work. However, it did when I just tried it.
I am noticing some small irregularities popping up in Dorico 6 lately this is just another I guess. I think maybe I should do a reinstall.
I do not but I am using my favorite band template to avoid all the tedious setup edits.
I have the latest version of Dorico.
