Absurdly high position of accent

I’ve written an orchestra piece, and in one of the parts, there is an accent that appears an absurd distance from the note. (Please see attached image.) I probably have 100s of accents in this piece, and nowhere else does this happen. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get this placed a proper position above, just slightly above the staff. (Again, this accent is always positioned correctly everywhere else in the piece.)

Any ideas?

Is it possible that you accidentally moved it in Engrave mode? Try selecting it there and do Edit > Reset Position.
